Privacy policy

We (Alesha) collect only what you send us: your name, email and message when you use the enquiry or notify forms, and order details (email, items, amount) if you buy a digital product. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store full card details.

We use this information to reply to you, deliver purchases and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data. Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months and order records for as long as tax law requires.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988). You can ask to access, correct or delete your data via the contact page.

This site uses only essential cookies (for example, a secure login cookie for the site owner). No advertising trackers.
